Product Description
1. Wet limestone - gypsum flue gas desulfurization technology
Technical Description:
Within the flue gas in the absorber layer from the spray nozzle countercurrent contact with the limestone slurry reaction, the amount of fresh absorbent added value through continuous monitoring of the PH control. Absorber of low PH value of the lower limestone is conducive to the realization of the dissolution and oxidation, the higher the PH value of the previous paragraph is conducive to the reaction of sulfur dioxide absorption, improve the desulfurization efficiency.

3. Wet plus magnesium lime (stone) flue gas desulfurization
Technical Description:
Wet plus magnesium lime (stone) flue gas desulfurization process is magnesium oxide containing lime (stone) as raw materials, desulfurization reaction is mainly done by one of magnesium hydroxide to produce calcium hydroxide, magnesium sulfate and reduced to hydrogen reaction and regeneration magnesium desulfurization tower back end products to high-purity gypsum. The process to add magnesium lime as the sorbent, which can effectively enhance the desulfurization activity of lime to improve absorption. It combines excellent desulfurization performance of magnesium and calcium-based low-cost advantages, but also to avoid the problem of calcium-based desulfurization scaling. Plus magnesium lime (stone) of sulfur dioxide absorption capacity of the slurry higher than 10-15 times the lime, the system greatly reduces the required ratio of liquid to gas.
